The public used to be able to get on there every once in awhile through GolfNowI'm not sure if that's still the case. Seems like the northeast section of Portland is where most of the younger people live if not in downtown, but i could be wrong. I agree with everything on your list though. Like private clubs, there are memberships for individuals, family, corporate and non-residents. CECC sounds like a great place but might be a tough commute from where we'll be.
