I got up and told them to put their masks on and got asked to leave which I did as a compliant customer. I ask him do not use drill on my nails for take off my shellac. So clean and everything they use comes right out of the package.

We had a bit of a language barrier, that was a bit more difficult than expected but we made it through. From Acrylic to Gel Polish, We do them all. I've been getting dip for a year now and it's never been this bad.I love going here for my manicures and pedicures! When he was almost finished removing the polish, he started arguing with me again about how they were fine and he saw no major issues when he looked at them. This past time though made me never want to go back. I have never had problems with liquid gel nails and the customer service I received to get that one nail fixed was so terrible I didn't even get it done. Highly recommend going here if you want to get your money's worth along with great service and a relaxing ambiance.This was my first time here and I have to say... the atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing. Until then: stay home and stay healthy.

I was not in the wrong THEY WERE. Prices are very reasonable!Gina is amazing I made an appointment for the wrong day for five people and she was able to fit us in and gave me a full set in record time I appreciate her so much and she didn't excellent job at troubleshooting and I think she's an excellent manager!
