The rudest front desk and manager ever. Your abusive behavior towards the staff and security was uncalled for and was not tolerated, thus we requested you not to stay the evening with us. That was fine now remember the price isn’t any cheaper. We were also able to get into our room 3 hours before check in which was a nice surprise! The view is wonderful and when asked about beach access from the hotel, we were told to walk out the front door, down the side walk.

This beachfront hotel is located next to Santa Cruz ’s famous boardwalk and steps from the city centre, making it an ideal destination for a weekend escape, corporate event, family holiday or romantic getaway.. Also, breathtaking views from every room is the topping on the cake! One downside to floor to ceiling windows.. that early morning wake up call from the sun! I won’t tell my nationality, because 80 percent of the staff were super friendly, but a few made me feel very unwelcome. So much for humanity and kindness. I love the view, but never again will I stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and have had a good experience. We have a terrific team of hospitality and service professionals working here, and I am glad we were able to exceed your expectations in service and comfort. We appreciate your thoughtful comments.
