I purchased a bench online from Robert Dyas on 27th April 2020, when the payment was going through a error code came up and I never received a confirmation email to say a payment had been processed, so I attempted to buy it again, on the second attempt the payment went through and I received a order confirmation email. We found records in 20 states. It arrived, but unwrapped the worktop part it had a crack right down the middle. I have had several back and forth email exchanges with Robert Dyas where I have requested a refund and all I get back each time is 'we are trying to get hold of the supplier, please be patient'. The Bristol store manger was unhelpful so when I called customer services they said that it would be no problem they will collect the item and reissue me a new one.
