One night we needed assistance very late and  our issue was immediately resolved. The rooms are comfortable with a fireplace in them as well as a jacuzzi. One of the best amenities is the free breakfast, free lunch, and free pie and ice cream that is offered every day. The sun deck views of the ocean are spectacular and you can see the sunset. Upon arrival, guests are gifted with a welcome beach bag filled local snacks and access to our complimentary check in reception with flat bread pizzas, salsa bar, libations, and blended ice drinks. They try to foster community with a movie and game room, TVs in the lower and upper common area, pie at night and breakfast in the morning. The rooms are comfortable with a fireplace in them as well as a jacuzzi. The pie and sun deck are also advantages. We've stayed here at least 5 times and love it every time. What a nice touch. If you're staying here, you MUST be able to walk narrow stairs and frequently and be able to jump into bed.

This place would be a solid 5 stars if they had central air & an elevator. It had an Italian/Mediterranean feel with flower pots, mirrors, tiles and narrow corridors throughout.
