Seniors are $67.50; 55 and older, and children are $59.00; 2 - 11 yrs. They may have been running at lower capacity for a few weeks but not anymore.

No temperature checks, closed rows or any form of social distancing while zoos, aquariums and botanical gardens remain either closed or have to function at low capacity and take strict precautions to keep people safe. "Although my flight was delayed and then ultimately cancelled, every staff member on the flight and agent at the gate was so kind and helpful.
!We took the Catalina Express a couple weeks ago and in just an hours time we arrived to the beautiful island! Also, they oversold the loubge since there was no way to properly distance. I tried booking online and it denies all of my credit cards.
Eventually one manager called back, and instructed the agents to scan the bar code in my picture to issue tickets.
They also drive pretty fast so it's pretty fast.There is nothing like a quick 3 day weekend getaway to Catalina Island!
I recommend you make it to the stern and marvel the powerful water jet streams coming out of the back going full speed.
There is no doubt Catalina Express will contribute to more cases and this is unaccepatble.They get you coming and going, so to say. They really did all they could to help accommodate.

Few bumps here & there during the ride, but it's not like they can control the waves & it's nothing that a pill of Dramamine can't fix for motion sickness.

Paid $150 for 2 round trip tickets. A great ferry to Avalon (Catalina Island). They were making the announcement on wearing the face mask due to California state mandates and keeping your social distancing in check when leaving the ship. The ride was smooth and fast. And if you are going to go in style, without breaking the bank...My suggestion is going with Catalina Express. I can't ask for more.
Can't distance when your face is 3 feet away from a strangers face. She proceeded to call her manager for clearance but he/she was not picking up the call.
I needed a ride to the airport so I signed up with them.
I took the Catalina Express to the island from Long Beach on July 25th at 7:00 AM and returned on July 26th at 4:15 PM.
Parking is secure and about $20 & there is an elevator from parking area to terminal. It was a pleasant 1-hour trip to the island.

Not only were we crammed next to strangers during the trip people were crowding waiting to exit the boat. All I can say that it really was uncomfortable having to wear a mask that everyone know doesn't protect you from COVID like my doctor told me. This time around, I'm not very happy. Though they did require masks (they did not check if people were wearing them above the nose) there was absolutely no social distancing during the boarding, trip and exiting the boat.
We went on the boat yesterday and were shocked to find out that all seats were being filled during a pandemic!
This tray on the other hand should be completely free of grim and dirt. not too many people, clean and smooth. The catamaran style ship was sturdy, albeit somewhat aged. Most people had their mask around their chins or under their noses. Really gross!
We had fun doing the touristy things: Sightseeing in a golf cart.
The check-in process was smooth & easy, staff was nice, seating areas were clean, and the trip there and back was great!
