He is chased by everybody while he tries to prove he is innocent. I wont tell you the complete story as you have to find out by yourself while enjoying the movie but all I can say the movie is great. When I first started working at the cinema this was near the end of its run. Amazon's Choice recommends highly rated and well-priced products. Clear and Present Danger/Patriot Games Today, we're pummelled with CGI special effects, ludicrous story lines with tons of requisite "twists," scenes flashing at us so fast we can barely keep up, filmakers showing off their impressive "cleverness" at the expense of good stories, and a general atmosphere of amorality in a majority of films.

But it is larger and more encompassing than the series: Davis paints with bold visual strokes so that the movie rises above its action-film origins and becomes operatic.Harrison Ford, bearded and numb with grief, breathes new life into the role last played by the stoic David Janssen some 26 years ago.

One of Harrison’s best films! 4 Film Favorites: Tommy Lee Jones (U.S. It's soft looking, with narrow depth of focus, lots of indirect and natural lighting. Marshal Sam Gerard, his relentless pursuer, in this intense thriller based on the hit television series of the 1960s--The Fugitive.

I also had to cut the dvd insert down to make it fit the new case.A lot of messing about and would probably not of brought it if I had known the case was as it was!!!

Re-watching this film in 2019, I got to thinking about the state of Hollywood movies today, as compared to 26 years ago--or 40 or 50 years ago. 1993 : 9 (0) 1 / 5. Kimble takes the weapon and points it at Gerard, proclaiming his own innocence; he does not shoot, however. Great acting from Tommy Lee Jones as the chief law enforcement guy constantly pursuing the escaped felon!

I wasted no time grabbing this, after the terrible disappointment that was the original Blu-ray release. He has been married to LaFern Cusack.
