The average price of a main course is £9 which i consider good value.A very bad experience in terms of service, I've wait 1 hour for my food and the staff didn't look concern.You expect your meal at Carluccio's to be excellent every time as it is not on the cheap end of the spectrum of restaurants. It is also in the brewhouse new development which is all pedestrainised which means there arent loads of cars hurtling past, especially as they have a great large outside eating area which is fantastic in the summer.
It is, these days, quite an extensive chain, supposedly of sort of artisan Italian food.Busy but great location and great good - chicken Milanese is excellent, and the bakery has a lot of pleasantries.I normally do not bother reviewing chain restaurants but this one is special...because of its excellent location, I find myself going here often with groups choosing this spot , so I am even more resentful of the awful levels of service to be found at this branch.

Date of visit: June 2019. It was "on the board" and was £11.50.I was unaware that Carluccios was a chain when i went there for lunch.

Part of this ever expanding chain, this restaurant is located right by the Thames and by putney bridge so you have a lovely view as you eat your meal, and they have cleverly put a mirror all down the side wall so if you are facing the wall you still get to see the view.

The menu has choices for everyone but is a bit limited in terms of number of dishes. The deli bit at the front of the restaurant is lovely too with a selection of italian delights for you to take home and cook yourself.

I am highly wary of service but location is a big draw so I'll find myself there again soon I'm sureSo putney is a place where many young families live(breed, swarm & multiply) and carluccios is basically a push chair drive in for families at weekends and mums that lunch during the week.

Frankie & Benny’s. I went with my family and some friends and found that one person had a hair in their salad and another had pasta wich was stone cold in the middle.
