Welcome to the neighborhood! So glad Bowdies is back! 3.6K likes. We ordered the seafood tower, split a grilled Caesar salad and the bone-in rib-eye and it all was fabulous. Wine list is good and they make a great manhattan. Cheese potato side was mediocre. Duck ravioli was tough and chef missed the temperature on filet and other steaks in our party.Bowdies is one of our absolute favorite restaurants for service, quality, ambiance and definitely the food!! I enjoyed all my dishes, choosing the bone-in filet for my entree, and had excellent service at the bar from Corrin. Book now at Bowdies Chophouse - Grand Rapids in Grand Rapids, MI. Bowdies will be my go to over the traditional spots in downtown GR. Took about 15 to get water. Great special occasion restaurant. !Absolutely amazing experience! Was not greeted by a server for 10 minutes. We will be back!" The Chop House Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids, MI. The Chop House in Grand Rapids offers not just one private dining area's but three!
This place is known for good house wine, martinis or bourbon.
And the donuts for dessert were a sweet treat.Service was excellent, appetizers huge, drinks were to the brim and steaks were done exactly as we like it.Amazing chop house - best in west Michigan - five starsDinner out has never ever ever been a more treasured time with loved ones! Fantastic service and the food rivals Ruth Chris steaks. It was fatty, tough and seriously under cooked. Great atmosphere, wonderful food and service. The truffle fries and the Brussels were delicious.

The best steak I've had in sometime and that's saying a lot.

Shopping and ice cream nearby. The food was amazing! Asked for medium rare and got 'still cold' rare. The shrimp were a nice size. Our waiter was able to have our tomahawk steak cut and divided so that I could have blue cheese crumbles on my half. Our waitress, Corrin, was fantastic as well! Heather was our server and she was fantastic. This place is great to сelebrate your birthday. Orders from the bar and kitchen was timely. The Lansing location is extremely small and the tables are a little close for our liking.First off, Ryan, our server, was amazing.

We sat outside and there were little flies everywhere. We loved it and we will be back.Server did not provide accurate information concerning serving size. My steak was cooked a little last what I had requested and my wife’s salmon was undercooked for what she ordered but both were delicious. Third, the spirits were top notch. Perfect for that special night out or for entertaining business clients, The Chop House features specialized private dining areas tailored to meet your every need. The goat cheese crostini app was fantastic. despite waiting until the end to make my decision i left unimpressed. Best steaks my husband and I have ever had! :)Bowdie’s Chophouse experience was exceptional! From the set up ahead of time to the surprise I organized to the service, to the food. my drink was made with the wrong rum (just tell me you ran out). {"baseUrl":"http://www.opentable.com","environment":"prod-sc","hostName":"mesos-agent155-prod-sc.otsql.opentable.com:31510","language":"en","releaseName":"start-page-docker_teamcity_2.0.10258","requestId":"7021260e-9d57-4fae-9aef-817e79afc8f0"} John was fun. Thanks. Our server Nick was phenomenal. Also , After we ordered desert he thenWe loved the menu, although there could be another option or two for non-beef eaters. A lot of food for the price. We truly had a great time with a waiter. The Chop House in Grand Rapids features the finest in Midwestern, grain-fed meats, USDA Prime beef & premium wines in a refined & elegant setting. I couldn’t taste the delicate sweetness of crab. The warm atmosphere of this spot makes visitors feel relaxed and have a nice time. It’s more like a hot crab salad and it was way to spicy. Delicious per usual and amazing location! my 8 PM reservation was in the books but i was seated at 8:15 (i understand space difficulties due to reduced occupancy plays a role here and therefore will not count this against the restaurant).

Rarely saw our server. The homey decor and nice atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. The Chop House in Grand Rapids features the finest in Midwestern, grain-fed meats, USDA Prime beef & premium wines in a refined & elegant setting. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The brussel sprouts were mushy. This steakhouse is ranked 4.6 within the Google grading system.Corey the waiter will just look at you while you talk and not listen to the order being takenOur waitress Sunny was the best ordered the 24oz porterhouse with asparagus and coffee and my wife had a nice chicken salad with coffee the service and atmosphere was outstanding I highly recommend The Chop House Grand Rapids We ate inside which was great. It's certainly a pricier place, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Enjoyed celebrating Father's Day this weekend on the patio!wife's filet was great however I and daughter split the Tomohawk. I was promptly served a different dessert of my choosing, creme brulee, which is another favorite of mine anyway. The atmosphere was quite and relaxing, we didn't encounter any noise issues. I haven't strayed to far from my normal steak, brussels and truffle fries, but I imagine you can't go wrong with any choice. my bill for two people with tip was 180 bucks, money i would have preferred to spend at Chop House (a chain i know, but a four out of five star experience). The Chop House Grand Rapids offers you tasty crème brûlée, brulee dessert and oreo cheesecakes. It’s not pan seared. It started with the amazing service from Ryan. The only exception was the cheesecake that arrived still frozen in the middle. Top notch! The service perfect, the steaks, outstanding! We will be back!i was unhappy with my experience. Can't wait to go back!I had noticed Bowdie's in Open Table when making reservations in downtown Grand Rapids on past trips, but did not look into dining there due to it being outside of downtown.

Second, the food was out of this world.
