The film provides an excellent insight into the war itself. Released two days before Christmas in 2011, this film was a limited theatrical release. The victims were Bosnian Muslims. It shows that war is not that easy nor is it all about Black &/ White/ Then & Us, but shows the complexity of war. Insightful and heartbreaking. There are some violent scenes and rape scenes so viewer discretion is advised. She is stated as saying she wanted to explore the time period.
