Management was amazing!
Corporate began inflating prices and increasing estimated retail to the point customers would show me prices online that didn't match up with our estimates retail. I was hired for part time but picked up double shifts multiple times to cover for the manager’s vacations, my co-workers vacations, and was left working long hours alone, new, and with no one to help when a customer came in with an issue. Learn as you go and chewed out when you make mistakes. Cash flow problems. I feel strongly that this company should not be allowed to sell luxury brand merchandise, because its poor quality and their customer service is HORRIBLE!I brought my Louis Vuitton authentic bag to possibly sell to lrx Co Marketing non-existent. You get whatever benefit your banner store allows ( Century 21, Steinmart, Lord and Taylor.Terrified of displeasing banner store, the DM will not support you no matter what reasons. main goal was to up sell and if you did not meet your monthly goal based upon the hours you were given; you get written up. Awesome products, vintage and original accessoriesThis company is the worst company I have ever worked for. My husband received the order on 5/8. The cooperate and upper management staff is very supportive and a call away to assist and help you with any issues. Expected to work off hours with no compensation. atmosphere very competitive, no human resources, no real management.

You are allowed an hour break and two 15 minutes break, yet you never see the 15's and be prepared for your coworkers to go on beyond their break time since it isn't clocked. Too many corporate problems to list them all. Commission structure changed often and never in sales associates favor. The LXR&CO Team. workplace culture is very nice and diverse. It's almost 4 weeks now and still no refund and nothing came in the mail.
