Hoping some fix comes round for disc installed versions on windows 10.Give it a week or so for these kinds of issues to iron themselves out.You may need to do the proper installation of W10. I've tried launching from the .exe itself and also from steam. I'm assuming that you just did the upgrade... there should now be options available to create a boot disk/drive and do a fresh wipe.I have Windows 7 and I am having this same, exact problem and I cannot figure it out. I've verified the integrity of the game cache which took some time but didn't resolve the issue.
