I just had that same problem the drivers are stealing our packages I have two packages that were supposed to be delivered on 11/29 and the second package on 12/3. OnTrac guaranteed delivery 8/11, 2018. OnTrac guaranteed delivery 8/11, 2018. Delivery person did not take a photo of package when/if it was delivered. It terrible. I contacted both OnTrac and Home Depot. Let me in and it smells like sewage in there I just wanted to get the hell out!! None of that happened. It was postponed to the 6th. Order was delivered to OnTrac 11/30/18. I called but since its 930pm on a Saturday you cant get ahold of driver. Unfortunately, ordering Christmas presents, I did not contact seller regarding shipping. This wouldnt be a problem ( USPS does this, cant be that hard to do).Try to Have some since of pride in your job!!! I have cameras for the driveway and porch area. Package shipped from New York, via ground snail mail, arrived 1 day earlier than the scheduled date of 8/14,18.
Finally, when told I would get a call from the driver to notify when delivery would arrive, it did not happen.This is the 1st time I had one of my Amazon deliveries delivered by "On-Trac" and even with me off work waiting for the delivery it never showed yet they posted that it was DELIVERED!

Highly recommend. They got right to work. They have a user friendly interface and multiple delivery services to choose. This time again I ordered my Bday gifts to myself (special purple ugg boots I had been excited they were supposed to be delivered on the 12th, then for some reason they decided to just have it sit at the warehouse , and sit and sit...finally the info changed to say delivery day updated to the 16th ok fine NOPE!! Yesterday, OnTrack tracking showed that item arrived in Bakersfield, Ca at 5:23am, 12/03/18. But alas, her machine's spin cycle wasn't working properly. !Absolutely the WORST delivery service (lack there of) ever. I sent a follow up e-mail on 10/19/2016 to consumer advising that I would need the tracking number of the package so that I may further assist him. Bakersfield facility could not locate package, BUT don't worry, our receivers are looking for it and we will call you as soon as we find it! I have never had any delivery issues until people started sending things via OnTrac. He left the boxes downstairs which is fine.
The next day at around 10am I got a call from Ontrac and they said the driver would come back by 5pm this day to help me find the package(help me find the package that is not there, I don't think I am that blind but maybe I am.) customer service will not help you eitherCriminally Inept.If Amazon doesn't drop them,I will likely drop Amazon.Our package was thrown into our flower bed (NOT Placed on our Porch)with such force that It broke off a Sprinkler Head....I only selected One star,because Yelp won't post without a star ratingUnfortunately every package I have received through Ontrac has been 2-3 days late, left out in the rain (easily could have knocked on my door since deliver showed up at 8 at night) and no effort has been made when calling to try and get the packages expedited once late. Order was delivered to OnTrac 11/30/18. I called customer service, who called the Bakersfield facility. Well OnTrac told me to contact Home Depot because apparently they were thinking that Home Depot was going to … it offers great service and delivered on time "We are experiencing high call volumes due to the national emergency. Not an Ontrac truck in sight. On 12/05, I checked again and OnTrac still showed package in Bakersfield. HORRIBLE!!!
This last one is the last I will pay double to not have them handle my items. The movers were friendly and hard working guys. On top of that my package was shipped to a facility in my city!!!! Unfortunately, I have consistently had issues with OnTrac and OnTrac only delivering to my address and in the past have had to let online vendors know I will not make purchases if delivered by Ontrac because of the severity of the issues. I can say that this is the worst delivery company that I have ever come across. I know it the holiday seasons and all but I've gotten deliveries several times this week from different couriers ( FedEx, UPS, USPS) everyone else seems to be able to deliver and keep up with packages but them! Clearly the inefficiency of your delivery service continues and has not been resolved. Finally I'm told the driver is too busy to retrace his steps today. I truly believe they need to be sued or just shut down. After reading some of the other reviews I'm going to drive over to their warehouse and try and pick up my package. In fact, my gardener just informed me that the other day Ontrac delivered a neighbor's package to my lower gate and he walked it over to their house. I checked the delivery status on my package and OnTrac said it was delivered by yet I never received my package. Apparently, it has a very good management to perform this.
