My only complaint is that there are few amenities. They only clean external spaces and the lobby, so they can snag new renters. Located on 16th Street across from the lively Meridian Hill Park, residents enjoy direct access to the best of DC with its many entertainment avenues and lush welcoming parks. It has large windows with great natural light. It started with centipedes. Never had that anywhere else I have stayed. The envoys returned to South Africa soon after meeting with President Mnangagwa and a delegation of the ruling Zanu-PF party. The only downside is that rent is a bit pricey, but that seems to be the going rate for a studio in that area, or even on the low side.I recently moved into the envoy and it is AMAZING! $1,420 - 3,025 That's not even getting into detail about normal issues like how overpriced the Envoy is for a place utterly lacking in amenities or modern pleasures like single-stream recycling. Then there was one live cockroach and one dead one that I must have carried back on my laundry basket from their disgusting laundry room (likely due to the laundry room being next to the trash room). Our maintenance team works hard to ensure that your home is comfortable and well-maintained. With most utilities included, life just got a little easier. But hey, at least the lobby is pretty! The front desk staff are great, but maintenance and the leasing office are a nightmare.

Also, the common area carpets are not appealing. A true Washingtonian experience. So honestly, I don't need to move right now but if I were looking for apartments I would not consider this one.
Our goal is to provide our residents with efficient and quality service. With most utilities included, life just got a little easier.This apartment community was built in 1918 and has 7 stories with 302 units.The location is wonderful (walking distance to restaurants, bars, and several trendy areas - plus a park across the street!) It sits across from Meridian Hill Park, which is one of America's first urban parks, famous for its cascading pools, statues, fountains, and serenity. Its cool how they email me when my packages arrive. A true Washingtonian experience. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our web experience for everyone, and we welcome feedback and accommodation requests. If you don't drive like me this is the place for you. The most recent vermin has been spiders (not a big deal to some, but to me half inch diameter spiders invading my space is a problem).
